Which documents may need to be translated from Dutch to English, following Brexit?

Legalisation of documents which have been translated from Dutch to English or English to Dutch
Each specific document has different requirements, depending both on the entity where it originated from, as well as its final intended use. Initially, Certified Translation Services will establish if it is a photocopy which is being translated or certified, or if the original is available. In the event that only a photocopy is available, the Belfast office of Certified Translation Services Ltd will arrange for authentication of the photocopy by a Public. The document may then be sent forApostille certificationto the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. The authenticity of the signatures, stamps, and seals on the document are verified and authenticated by the Apostille certification. When Certified Translation Services has ensured that all necessary translation and authentication steps have been carried out, your documents will be sent to the British Embassy forConsular Legalisation. After this final step your documents are ready for use and will be promptly returned to you.
